Guided Team Discovery
Team Discovery, then a certified coach for 90 days, then the same Discovery again. Three coaching sessions, one roadmap, and a re-measure at the end so you know whether it worked.
3 coaching sessions · 90-day re-Discovery included
What it does
Pairs your Individual Discovery with a coach, 1:1. You answer alone; the coach works with you on what your read of the team means and what you do about it.
Who it is for
A manager, Scrum Master or coach who wants a thinking partner before, or instead of, bringing the whole team in.
What you get
- Everything in Team Discovery at Individual level
- 3 coaching sessions of 60 minutes, 1:1, at weeks 1, 6 and 13
- Personalized analysis of your results with your coach
- Milestone accountability on your 90-day roadmap
- The same Discovery again at week 12, included, with the comparison read in session three
The benefit
You stop carrying the diagnosis alone. Someone who has read hundreds of these tells you what is normal, what is not, and what to do Monday.
The honest limit
No separate Discovery Debrief at this level: the three sessions are the conversation, and session one does that work. Coaching sharpens your view; it does not turn it into the team's view. If the goal is the gap, the Agile Team tab is the right purchase.
What happens next
What it does
Runs the full Team Discovery, then a certified coach works with the team on the collective result across three sessions, holding the team to its own 90-day roadmap.
Who it is for
A working team of 5 to 12 that has decided to change something and wants help making it stick, and the lead who will host the coach.
What you get
- Everything in Team Discovery at Agile Team level
- 3 coaching sessions of 60 minutes with the team, at weeks 1, 6 and 13
- Coach-led milestone accountability, with a two-line check-in at weeks 3 and 9
- The same 56-question Discovery again at week 12, whole team, included
- Session three reads the comparison: what moved, by how much, and whether the change is reliable
The benefit
The roadmap survives contact with the sprint. Ninety days later something has changed, and you have a coach's read on why.
The honest limit
No separate Discovery Debrief at this level: session one does that work, and the three sessions are all the live contact there is. Three sessions move one or two milestones, not the whole roadmap; the coach picks the lever with the team in session one and says so.
What happens next
What it does
The full Discovery for the leadership group, then a coach works with the group directly on the divergence between what it says it rewards and what it rewards.
Who it is for
A leadership group of 3 to 8 leaders and the sponsor who convenes it.
What you get
- Everything in Team Discovery at Leadership level
- 3 coaching sessions of 60 minutes with the group, at weeks 1, 6 and 13
- Personalized analysis with your coach, leadership lens
- Milestone accountability at the level where the mold is set
- The same Discovery again at week 12, every leader, included, read in session three
The benefit
The leadership group changes one visible behaviour, and every team under it notices within the quarter.
The honest limit
No separate Discovery Debrief at this level: session one does that work. The coach works with the leaders, not on the teams below them. If the teams need the work, buy them a Power Skills cohort and keep this for the group.
What happens next
What it does
Coaching across multiple teams at once, sequenced with the Organization Discovery roll-up, with one report line for the executive sponsor.
Who it is for
A department or organization with three or more teams in the Discovery, run by a transformation lead or HR, with an executive sponsor who wants the pattern, not the anecdotes.
What you get
- Everything in Team Discovery at Organizational level
- 3 coaching sessions per team, one coach per cohort, at weeks 1, 6 and 13
- Milestone accountability per team
- The same Discovery again per team at week 12, included, rolled up for the sponsor
- Executive reporting: the cross-team pattern, and what moved
The benefit
You get one story about the system, told from every team's own data, instead of twelve status updates.
The honest limit
Coaching capacity is finite: a set number of teams can start each month, and the waitlist carries a date.
