Team Discovery
The full 56-question Discovery, answered privately by everyone, with a combined collective picture and a 90-day roadmap with weekly milestones.
56 questions · 25 to 35 minutes per respondent · Discovery Debrief included at team levels
What it does
Runs the full 56-question Discovery on your own read of the team, the leadership group or the organization. Same instrument as the team version, one respondent, deeper than the Pulse.
Who it is for
A coach, manager or team member who wants the full picture and the roadmap before asking anyone else to take part.
What you get
- Your headline AI Fluency Index
- Results by dimension, all 7, with zone classification
- A 90-day roadmap with weekly milestones
- Your Perception Gap primer: your view vs. your team's, now with 56 items behind it
The benefit
You walk into the conversation with the team holding a plan, not a hunch, and you know which milestone to change first.
The honest limit
Still one view. The 56 items make it a more reliable view, not a collective one. The gap only becomes measurable when the team answers. No Discovery Debrief at this level: a live conversation is open to you through the free Team Pulse Next Steps Call.
What happens next
What it does
The first level where the whole team answers. One person, the Discovery Lead, sets up the team and invites everyone; each member answers privately; results are combined into one collective picture, with the Perception Gap between the lead's view and the team's view shown explicitly.
Who it is for
A working team of 5 to 12 and the Scrum Master, team lead or manager who will run it. Every member takes part; nobody sees anyone else's individual answers.
What you get
- The full 56-question Discovery, every member, privately
- The team's combined collective dashboard and AI Fluency Index
- The Perception Gap: your view against the team's, by dimension
- Cultural adaptation to your context
- A 90-day roadmap with weekly milestones, plus a 25-minute Discovery Debrief
The benefit
The gap stops being a hypothesis. You get the one finding a single respondent can never produce, and a roadmap the team saw itself in.
The honest limit
Results are released only when the threshold is met. Lowering it after invitations have gone out is logged and acknowledged, never silent. A collective picture is only as honest as the promise made to the people who answered.
What happens next
What it does
The full Discovery for a leadership group, read as a team in its own right. Every leader answers privately; the collective picture shows where stated values and actual behaviour diverge.
Who it is for
A leadership group of 3 to 8 leaders and the sponsor who runs it: a director, a VP, or the HR partner who supports them.
What you get
- The full 56-question Discovery, every leader, privately
- The leadership group's combined dashboard and AI Fluency Index
- Where behaviour and stated values diverge, by dimension
- The Perception Gap between the sponsor's view and the group's
- A 90-day roadmap at leadership level, plus a 25-minute Discovery Debrief
The benefit
You see the mold before you try to change the teams it shapes, and the leaders see it too, in their own data.
The honest limit
Three leaders is the smallest group that can produce a collective picture; below that, run it at Individual level and say so.
What happens next
What it does
Runs the same Discovery across several teams and rolls the results up. The question changes from "is this team good" to "what is our system doing to every team inside it".
Who it is for
A department or an entire organization, run by HR, a transformation lead, or an executive sponsor, with one Discovery Lead per team.
What you get
- The full 56-question Discovery for every respondent, privately
- One collective dashboard per team, plus the organizational roll-up
- Cross-team pattern analysis: the finding that repeats everywhere
- A 90-day roadmap for the system, plus a 25-minute Discovery Debrief with the sponsor
The benefit
You stop training skills into teams the system will crush, because you can now see the system.
The honest limit
Roll-ups are only released for teams that individually met their threshold. A team that did not reach it is shown as "not yet released", never averaged in silently.
