Who Is the Discovery Lead?

The Discovery Lead is the main coordinator of the Team Discovery process. This person is responsible for:

  • Coordinating and paying for the team discovery
  • Sending the discovery links to all team members and communicating the completion deadline
  • Receiving the consolidated team results once the discovery window closes
  • Serving as the primary contact for any questions, follow-up, and communication with the Discovery Coach Team
Timing
Once the discovery window closes, team members who have not completed their individual discovery will not be included in the consolidated results. We recommend sending a reminder to your team at least 48 hours before the deadline.
Individual responses are private — the results report reflects the team as a whole, not specific individuals. For any questions or support at any stage, the Discovery Lead can contact the Discovery Coach Team directly.
